Welcome Letters 2013
Dear participants and guests of the exhibition!
On behalf of the Kazakhstan Association of Hotels and Restaurants (KAHAR), I am pleased to welcome all of you to the 9th Central Asian International Exhibition HOREX 2013 – "Everything for hotels, restaurants and supermarkets!"
The HOREX exhibition is the only specialized event in the hospitality industry in Central Asia and Kazakhstan. Every year, we monitor the stable development of the project: participating companies actively present their products and services and demonstrate new equipment and the latest know-how.
HOREX is one of the most exciting and important events in the city of Almaty. Traditionally, the exhibition hosts specialized seminars, competitions, workshops, and master-class chefs and bartenders at exhibitors' stands. Note that the novelty of this year's show is an educational program – master classes from leading business coaches of the industry. Every year, during the exhibition, KAHAR holds seminars and master classes for hotels. This year, we have also done our best to make the business program exciting and eventful. The exhibition will also host a meeting of the Club of Housekeepers and the Club of Hoteliers and will, for the first time, host a competition among the hotel maids of Almaty.
We are confident that the efforts of all of the professionals in the hospitality industry at the HOREX exhibition will affect, in the most positive way, the business community and visitors of the exhibition and the industry as a whole – and take it to a completely new level.
