PASTIFICIO ANTONIO MASSA ARE PASTA CRAFTSMEN SINCE 1914, PRODUCING THE PRESTIGIOUS PASTA DI GRAGNANO IGP

The products of the Italian pasta factory Pastificio Antonio Massa will be presented at the HoRex Qazaqstan 2025 exhibition, which will be held in Almaty from November 12 to 14 at the Atakent Exhibition Center. Visitors will be able to get acquainted with the legendary Italian pasta Gragnano IGP - a symbol of high quality and tradition.

The artisan pasta factory Antonio Massa was founded in 1914 in the town of Gragnano, near Naples. For more than a century, the descendants of Antonio Massa have continued the family business, preserving the unique traditions of producing real Italian pasta. Today, Pasta di Gragnano IGP is recognized worldwide as a flagship of quality and taste, the embodiment of the authentic heritage of "Made in Italy".

The factory's products are supplied to the best stores, hotels and restaurants in Italy, Europe, North America and are now represented in the market of Kazakhstan.

The Gragnano factor

Antonio Massa pasta is made from durum wheat semolina and pure water from local sources. The region's special microclimate, with low lime content in the water and mild humidity, is ideal for drying pasta naturally, giving it an exceptional taste and texture.

Rough surface

Each shape of pasta is created with attention to detail and reflects the creativity of the craftsmen from Gragnano. Thanks to the traditional bronze shapes, the surface of the products remains slightly rough - ideal for holding sauces and revealing the taste of the dish.

The capital of pasta

Gragnano has been known as the "Capital of Pasta" for more than five centuries. Since the XIX century, this region has been recognized as the center of Italian pasta art. Today, Pasta di Gragnano IGP is exported all over the world, maintaining its status as one of the main symbols of Italian gastronomy.
